Can I transfer a ticket to future events or camps?

Can i transfer a bought ticket to another event of camp?

We are very Sorry,  but all of our event and camp tickets are non-refundable. This is because we have to make various costs in advance, such as booking a venue, hiring instructors, catering costs etc..

If we were to refund any tickets it would completely throw our budgeting in chaos and we would not be able to organise anymore future camps! And furthermore the logistics and organisation would be one great mess.

I tried to resell my ticket, but I haven’t been able to find a buyer, can i get a refund?

Tried reselling my ticket but i could not find a buyer

We are really sorry. We have to make various costs in front like booking a venua and instructor etc.. So this is why we cannot refund and make any exceptions. In order to make our events and camps possible, we usually book and pay for most of the training facilities, instructors etc..

If we were to refund any tickets it would completely throw our budgeting in chaos and we would not be able to organise anymore future camps! And furthermore the logistics and organisation would be one great mess.

Tip

If you can’t attend and event or camp due to illness or injury, you could try contacting your insurance provider to see if they can cover some of the costs.
